There’s no public bathroom in this area of the city so the women make this their own public bathroom. They think it’s safe, because if they squat down, they’re out of sight from anyone outside of the building. However, none of them think to look around the building for anyone watching them. Hidden inside of one of the other rooms, he secretly spies on them through the debris, filming their naughty deeds.
